Ray Harding Mediatior Tips

Mediation is the process by which two parties meet to try and come to terms or agreement on certain issues. Many times a mediator is brought in before a couple file for divorce in the courts, in an effort to come to an agreement on the separation of property. The mediation gives both people involved in the divorce the opportunity to try and reach an amicable agreement on their own, because if left to the courts to decide everyone may be disappointed.

The Judge Ray Harding mediation process is an informal meeting with the intention of getting the two sides to simply find some common ground. The process is not mandatory, it is more of a gentle push to help people find a way to agree to terms before the choice is taken out of their hands.
